Submitted by: Jennifer Williams
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped, or Onion Powder to taste
3 c. water
1 16 oz. can pinto beans, drained
1 16 oz. can black beans, drained
1 16 oz. can great northern white beans, drained
1 16 oz. can corn, drained
2 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
1 28 oz.can diced tomatoes or 1 sm. can tomato paste if you don't like the consistency of tomatoes in soup
1 packet taco seasoning

Brown ground beef and onion. Combine all other ingredients in soup pot or crock pot. Drain meat and add to soup.

On your stove top - Bring soup to a boil, then turn down and simmer for at least 45 minutes before serving. Stir every once in a while to prevent the bottom from burning.

In a crock pot - Cook on high for 4-5 hours before serving. (you want it to be bubbling for at least 45 minutes before serving)

To serve: Spoon soup over tortilla chips in a bowl. Add sour cream and shredded cheese to taste.
