Dutch oven potatoes

1 pkg. bacon
1/2 stick of butter
6-10 potatoes, sliced
1/2 bag grated cheese (mexican)
ground pepper
salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup

put dutch oven on coals (0r a big pot on stove). Add quarter-cut bacon stips to pot. When bacon begins to sizzle add butter. As butter melts add 1/4 inch sliced potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Turn potatoes until golden brown and soft. Next add soup and then cheese. Once turned and cheese is melted, remove and serve warm.
