Health Smoothie by Angelia Beal
1 banana, peeled
1 orange, peeled
1/2 c. nonfat plain yogurt
1/8 c. oatmeal, or 1 packet
1/4 c. spinach leaves
1 handful green cabbage leaves
1 1/2 c. frozen berry mix
1/2 scoop soy protein powder (optional)
1 T. honey
ice
orange juice (fill to top of blender)
Blend in blender until smooth...trust me, you CANNOT taste the spinach or cabbage and the smoothie will be purple so your kids will never know it's in there!
