Special K Bars

2 cups brown sugar
2 cups Karo
2 cups peanut butter
2 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
12 oz. box Special K cereal
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
10 oz. buterscotch chips

Melt brown sugar and Karo, stirring to combine. Add peanut butter and stir. Remove from heat and mix in butter and vanilla. Pour over cereal in a big bowl and mix to cover. Press into a greased large cookie sheet. Melt chips together in the microwave. Spread over cereal mixture.
